Be Our Light

Dear St. Cletus Parish Families,

I hope and pray that you and all your loved ones remain safe and healthy during this very difficult time. The corona virus, as you know, has turned our daily lives upside down over these past several months.

St. Cletus ministries continue to adjust and adapt to today’s reality. We remain committed to serving the needs of our parishioners and community, even if the way we minister looks a little different. We continue to feed the hungry through our food pantry by providing curbside service, educating our students in their classroom environments, provide E-Learning for Religious Education students, provide Zoom calls to our choir members, celebrate mass in our beautiful church (as well as virtually), and continue to provide cleaning and sanitizing in all of our buildings.

I write to all of you today to ask for your help to sustain our parish ministries, programs, and operations at the current level. I am sure you have noticed that we are currently not meeting our weekly budgetary goals. I recognize the financial strains that you might be experiencing. I ask that you prayerfully consider any way you may help us to reach our budgetary needs.

There are many different opportunities to continue to support our parish. We ask each of you to consider being a light for St. Cletus Parish, helping us navigate these tough times. Enclosed you will find a special envelope, if you are able to offer some additional financial support. You may also continue to help using your Sunday envelopes, which can be dropped off at mass or in the rectory drop box, sent through mail, or you may choose to donate securely through our online portal.

Also, please consider volunteering. We still need ushers, greeters, and cleaners to continue our liturgical services. If you can help, please email us at reopening@stcletusparish.com. Will you be our light?

Love, Health, and Blessings,

Fr. Bob
