Reverend Charles W. Watkins, 78, ordination Class of 2003, passed away on Friday, January 27, 2023. Father Watkins served at Our Lady of the Ridge, St. Cletus, St. Columba and Mother of God parishes. Father served as Dean of Vicariate IV-C for 7 years.
